Suleri Bros Exports supplies goods for export from Pakistan to business buyers. This disclaimer sets out responsibilities that apply to every shipment, in addition to the terms agreed for the order.
Import regulations are the buyer’s responsibility
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that goods may be lawfully imported, sold and used in their destination market, including any product standards, labelling, safety testing, licensing, duties and taxes. We will provide the export documents agreed for the order and reasonable cooperation with information your customs broker requests.
Restricted products
Some products - including knives and bladed articles - are subject to import restrictions, age-verification rules or outright bans in certain countries and regions. Buyers must confirm that the specific item, blade length and intended sale channel are permitted before ordering. We may decline orders we believe cannot be lawfully shipped.
Incoterms and risk
Risk and cost pass from us to the buyer at the point defined by the Incoterm agreed for the order (FOB, CIF), as interpreted under Incoterms® 2020 unless otherwise stated in the order documents.
Specifications and tolerances
Goods are made and inspected against the written specification and approved sample for each order. Normal manufacturing tolerances apply unless tighter tolerances are specified and agreed in writing.
Certificates and documents
Certificates of origin, test reports and other supporting documents are supplied only where agreed and where available for the product and destination. Their availability should be confirmed before the order is placed.
Sanctions and export controls
We do not supply goods to parties or destinations subject to applicable sanctions or export restrictions.
