Quality Control & Inspection
Overview
Quality control is only meaningful if the standard is agreed before production starts. We turn your specification and approved sample into a checklist, check goods against it at the stages agreed for your order, and report what we find - including the problems. Where a buyer prefers an independent inspection, we coordinate access for the buyer's nominated inspection company.
Ideal for
- Buyers who cannot travel to inspect
- Brands with strict retail specifications
- Importers with past quality issues
Process
How it works
- 01
Standard agreed
Specification, tolerances and the approved sample become the reference for every later check.
- 02
Pre-production
Materials and components are checked against the specification before bulk production begins.
- 03
In-line
Early production output is checked so issues are corrected before the full run is made. Standard on first orders and on any order above 1,000 units.
- 04
Final inspection
Finished, packed goods are checked against the checklist by our in-house QC team, sampling to AQL 2.5 (major defects) and 4.0 (minor defects) under ISO 2859-1.
- 05
Report
You receive a written, photographic report and decide on shipment release.
