Buyer FAQ
Questions overseas buyers ask first.
If your question isn't here, ask us directly - we'd rather answer before you order than after.
Working with us
What happens after I send an enquiry?
We review your requirement and reply - most buyers hear back within one business day. If anything in the specification is unclear we ask before quoting, so the price you receive reflects what will actually be made.
Are you a manufacturer?
No. Suleri Bros Exports is a commercial sourcing and supply company. We place orders with a vetted network of Pakistani manufacturers and manage the process - specification, production follow-up, inspection, documentation and shipping - on your behalf.
How can I verify your company before paying a deposit?
Our registration and tax details are listed on the Certifications page so you can check them independently with the issuing authorities. We are happy to provide further due-diligence documents on request.
Ordering & samples
What information should I include to get an accurate quote?
Product type, materials or reference SKU, quantity per size/colour, branding and packaging requirements, destination country and preferred Incoterm. Drawings, photos or a physical sample help most.
What are your minimum order quantities?
MOQs vary by product and customisation. As a guide: wheel covers 500 sets, centre caps 1,000 pieces, t-shirts 300 pieces per design, hunting knives 200 pieces and golf grips 1,000 pieces. We can quote on volumes above or below the stated MOQ.
Can I order samples before committing to a full order?
Yes. We arrange sample runs before a full order is committed, and the approved sample becomes the reference for production and inspection. Samples are usually ready in 7–14 days. They typically cost USD 50–150 per style plus courier, and the sample cost is credited against your first bulk order above MOQ.
What are typical lead times?
Lead time depends on product, quantity and customisation, and is confirmed on the quotation. Typical ranges after sample approval: t-shirts 25–35 days, wheel covers and golf grips 30–45 days, hunting knives 40–55 days - plus transit time.
Quality & production
How is quality checked?
Goods are checked against your written specification and approved sample before shipment, and you receive a photographic inspection report. Our standard is AQL 2.5 / 4.0 sampling on finished, packed goods by our in-house QC team. You may also appoint a third-party inspection company.
How will I know how production is progressing?
We share updates at agreed milestones - materials, production and packing - and raise issues with you as soon as they are known.
Payment
What payment terms do you offer?
Payment terms are agreed per order and stated on the proforma invoice. Our standard terms are a 30% deposit by bank transfer (T/T) to start production and the 70% balance against a copy of the bill of lading. For larger orders we also accept an irrevocable letter of credit at sight.
Shipping & documents
Which Incoterms do you support?
We quote FOB and CIF. FOB suits buyers with their own freight forwarder; CIF includes carriage and insurance to your destination port.
Where do you ship to?
We work with buyers internationally. Sea freight leaves from Pakistan's container ports, and air freight is available for samples and urgent orders. We have shipped to buyers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Australia.
What export documents do I receive?
Every shipment includes a commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading (or air waybill). Certificates of origin and other supporting documents are provided where required and available.
Customisation & private label
Can products carry my brand?
Yes - every product line we supply can be private-labelled, including logos, labels and retail packaging.
Can I customise materials, colours and finishes?
Yes. Materials, colours, finishes and packaging are specified per order and confirmed on the approved sample.
