  • Materials, sizes, colours and finishes
  • Quantity per variant and expected reorder frequency
  • Branding and packaging requirements
  • Destination country, port and preferred Incoterm

Samples

Samples are made before any bulk commitment. Once you approve one, it becomes the physical reference for production and for inspection.

Incoterms

We quote FOB and CIF. FOB suits buyers with their own forwarder; CIF includes carriage and insurance to your destination port.

Process questions

Common questions about orders.

What information should I include to get an accurate quote?
Product type, materials or reference SKU, quantity per size/colour, branding and packaging requirements, destination country and preferred Incoterm. Drawings, photos or a physical sample help most.
What are your minimum order quantities?
MOQs vary by product and customisation. As a guide: wheel covers 500 sets, centre caps 1,000 pieces, t-shirts 300 pieces per design, hunting knives 200 pieces and golf grips 1,000 pieces. We can quote on volumes above or below the stated MOQ.
Can I order samples before committing to a full order?
Yes. We arrange sample runs before a full order is committed, and the approved sample becomes the reference for production and inspection. Samples are usually ready in 7–14 days. They typically cost USD 50–150 per style plus courier, and the sample cost is credited against your first bulk order above MOQ.
What are typical lead times?
Lead time depends on product, quantity and customisation, and is confirmed on the quotation. Typical ranges after sample approval: t-shirts 25–35 days, wheel covers and golf grips 30–45 days, hunting knives 40–55 days - plus transit time.
How is quality checked?
Goods are checked against your written specification and approved sample before shipment, and you receive a photographic inspection report. Our standard is AQL 2.5 / 4.0 sampling on finished, packed goods by our in-house QC team. You may also appoint a third-party inspection company.
How will I know how production is progressing?
We share updates at agreed milestones - materials, production and packing - and raise issues with you as soon as they are known.
What payment terms do you offer?
Payment terms are agreed per order and stated on the proforma invoice. Our standard terms are a 30% deposit by bank transfer (T/T) to start production and the 70% balance against a copy of the bill of lading. For larger orders we also accept an irrevocable letter of credit at sight.
Which Incoterms do you support?
We quote FOB and CIF. FOB suits buyers with their own freight forwarder; CIF includes carriage and insurance to your destination port.
