This policy explains what information Suleri Bros Exports (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why we collect it, and how it is handled. It applies to visitors and to businesses that contact us or request a quotation.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to send us through our enquiry and quotation forms, or by email and WhatsApp. This may include:
- Your name, company, business email address, phone or WhatsApp number and country;
- Details of the products, quantities, prices, destinations, Incoterms and delivery dates you are enquiring about;
- Any other information you include in your message;
- Technical information needed to protect the forms from abuse, such as a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotations;
- To manage any resulting order, including sampling, production, inspection, documentation and shipping;
- To prevent spam and abuse of our forms;
- To meet legal, tax and export record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to operate this website:
- Google Firebase (Google Cloud) - secure storage of enquiries and administrator sign-in;
- Brevo - delivery of enquiry notification emails;
- Vercel - website hosting;
- Cloudinary - hosting of images published on the website.
When an order proceeds, we may share the details necessary to fulfil it with manufacturers, inspection companies, freight forwarders and customs agents. These providers may process data outside your country.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and any resulting business relationship, and afterwards only for as long as required for legal or accounting purposes. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted after 24 months.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us through the contact page. Depending on where you are located, you may also have rights under local data protection law, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
Security
Enquiries are stored in access-controlled systems. Only authorised staff can view them, and administrator access is protected by authentication and role-based permissions.
